WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR A SCULPTURE?

The lead time varies depending on the artwork and is determined by factors such as the design, size, complexity, and the way in which the piece is crafted.

For custom commissions, you will receive a clear estimated production time in advance.

Every artwork is created with attention to detail, precision, and respect for the material. We therefore take the time required to achieve a high-quality final result.

We determine the most suitable shipping method based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork.

Smaller pieces can generally be shipped through a standard delivery service. Larger or heavier sculptures may require specialised transportation to ensure that the artwork arrives safely and carefully at its destination.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE OR TIME?

We will do our utmost to accommodate your preferred delivery date or time. However, depending on the production process and transportation, a specific date or time cannot always be guaranteed.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, international shipping is available for selected artworks.

As our artworks are often unique, heavy, and large in size, transportation options and costs can vary significantly depending on the destination. Please contact us for a personalised international shipping quotation.

We will then arrange a suitable and carefully considered transportation solution, tailored to the artwork and its destination.

CAN I RETURN A SCULPTURE?

Whether an artwork can be returned depends on the type of product and how it was created. Standard artworks may be returned, where applicable, in accordance with our current return policy. Custom-made and personalised artworks generally cannot be returned, as they are specifically created to your requirements and commissioned exclusively for you. Please always contact us before returning an artwork. We will assess the situation and provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU WORK WITH?

Steel is at the heart of Man of Steel.

We primarily work with steel, stainless steel, and corten steel to create sculptures, art objects, planters, fire objects, and custom-made pieces.

Depending on the design, application, and desired appearance, different types of steel, material thicknesses, and finishes may be used. Every material is carefully selected with attention to aesthetics, functionality, and durability.

CAN THIS PRODUCT BE USED INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

This depends on the specific artwork, material, and chosen finish.

Many of our objects are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, while others are specifically designed for a particular environment. Where relevant, the intended use will be indicated for each artwork.

If you are unsure about the suitability of a particular piece, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to advise you on the most suitable placement and finish.

ARE THERE SPECIFIC MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS PRODUCT?

The required care and maintenance depend on the material and finish of the artwork.

Some pieces are intentionally finished to allow the material to naturally develop and form a unique patina over time. Other artworks are treated with a protective coating to preserve the surface and appearance for as long as possible.

Where applicable, you will receive specific maintenance information with your artwork. If you have any questions about care and maintenance beforehand, we are always happy to advise you.

Our artworks are exclusively made to order and handcrafted upon request. We do not hold standard inventory; each artwork is created specifically for you.

Once you submit an inquiry, we will discuss the desired execution, available options, and estimated production time with you. This allows us to create every artwork with the attention to detail, precision, and care it deserves.

Visits may be possible by appointment. Because the workspace is primarily a working studio, we ask that you

HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE TO MY INQUIRY?
